Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

At CHEENO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process that aims to resolve your concerns quickly and efficiently.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@cheeno.org with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings, custom-made jewelry, and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description carefully for any specific return exclusions.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return instructions and place a new order for the item you desire. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at connect@cheeno.org with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will either offer you a replacement or process a full refund for the damaged item.


Order Modifications

Once an order is placed and processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at connect@cheeno.org
