All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please ensure that all information provided during checkout is accurate to avoid delays.


Shipping Time:

After processing, your order will be shipped based on the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically it takes 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 10-21 business days for international shipments. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer a range of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express, to suit your needs.


Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs.1000 within India. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.


International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and additional customs or duties fees may apply depending on your country. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.


Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.


Lost / Stolen Packages:

In the event your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately at connect@cheeno.org. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We recommend checking with neighbors or other locations where the package may have been delivered before contacting us.


Address Errors:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is correct. If there are any issues with your address or if the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.


Order Modifications:
